Broiled Grapefruit recipe


1 large grapefruit, halved.
2 teaspoons of butter or margarine, softened.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.


Cut the membrane out of the center of each grapefruit half. Cut around each section so it will be easy to spoon out when eating.

Place 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine in the center of each half.

Combine sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over each half.

Broil until butter or margarine has melted and the sugar is bubbly.

Serve immediately.
