Grapefruit Vinaigrette recipe


½ cup of grapefruit juice, fresh.
7 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
1/3 cup of peanut oil or vegetable oil.
2 ½ tablespoon of sesame oil.
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.


In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.

Chill slightly.

Use as a dressing over salad; toss to coat.
